Charity Information
There are a number of options available:
Option 1: Charity Half Day booking
This is for a minimum of 20 places. The cost is £110pp for 20 participants with an additional 5 places at £100pp. This option also allows you to have a stall outside, we can provide a table, urn, water and electricity and you can sell tea, coffee, soft drinks, cakes and charity merchandise to raise extra funds for your cause. No hot food is allowed to be sold under the terms of our licence. We will also send the charity copies of any photographs purchased on the day for promotional purposes. We invoice you for a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the following 50% is due 6 weeks prior to the abseil.
Option 2: Charity Full Day booking
This is for a minimum of 40 places and sole use of the tower for the day up to a maximum of 50 participants. The cost is £110pp for 40 participants with an additional 10 places at £100pp. This option also allows you to have a stall outside, we can provide a table, urn, water and electricity and you can sell tea, coffee, soft drinks, cakes and charity merchandise to raise extra funds for your cause. No hot food is allowed to be sold under the terms of our licence. We will also send the charity copies of any photographs purchased on the day for promotional purposes. We invoice you for a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the following 50% is due 6 weeks prior to the abseil.
Option 3: Groups under 20 people
All places are £110pp and again we invoice you for a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the following 50% is due 6 weeks prior to the abseil. Your group will be booked onto one of our open days and other people will be abseiling along with your group.
Option 4: Individual Bookings
Individuals can book via our website www.nationalabseilteam.co.uk on any available dates and times. The cost is £110 per person. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Minimum age is 12 years and maximum weight is 21.5 stones.
Anyone under the age of 18 will need parental signature on the day of the abseil.
All participants have to complete a risk acknowledgement and disclaimer on the day of the abseil.
If the weather on the day makes it unsuitable to safely abseil outside then the event will be moved indoors and take place as an inside abseil. This way the charity does not lose out on fundraising. At this point there is not an option to cancel or rebook. If people choose to cancel there is no refund. We do offer people the opportunity to come back on another date in the future at a reduced rate of £75 if they have to do the inside. Most people love the inside when they actually do it! It is only really wind and lightening that stop us from abseiling and the Instructors decision is final.
